Patty was amazing! This is the second time staying in her home, and again, it did not disappoint. It was nice that we knew the expectations and Patty shared information about the home before we got there. She has been and was again very responsive to any needs or questions. Her backyard is fabulous and perfect for reading in the gazebo, having coffee on the deck, or taking a cat nap in the hammock. We were not able to take advantage of the fire pit, but that too was a great space! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mother in law that uses a cane.

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Gururaj was an excellent host. Communicated quickly and efficiently. We are from the area and had to find somewhere to stay last minute as we were getting work done to our home and it was not safe for us to be there. Gururaj was more than accommodating and super friendly.

We really enjoyed the Bungalow. It was comfortable and easy walking to our favorite restaurants and boardwalk. We travel to Point Pleasant often to visit relatives so, we will be back any time we can!

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

Just like last time, Kyle's place was great. We loved coming back to a familiar place and knowing what to expect. He is always super responsive and friendly. This is quickly becoming our go-to spot in Seaside.

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

Cosy and well decorated flat, with confortable beds. Perfectly located next to the bus to Manhattan. We had a great stay.

Talk about the perfect stay in Asbury! It was a perfect location and perfect amount of space. There were so many little touches that made it a great stay from trash cans in every room, to full length mirrors, extra towels and perfect decorations that made it feel homey. It was also incredibly clean and Anne was an excellent communicator!

Obwohl die Unterkunft eine sogenannte Souterrainwohnung war (auf einer Seite sieht man die Füße der Vorbeigehenden; die andere Seite hat jedoch einen Zugang zum Innenhof) haben wir (3 Pers.) uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Dadurch, dass wir tagsüber immer in NY-City waren hat es uns auch nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Im nahen Umfeld gibt es e. kl. Minimarket, kleine Restaurant (Take-away, Asiaten, Mexikaner, Brasilianer, super nettes Frühstücks-Cafe usw.) Ein größerer Supermarkt ca. 15 Min. entfernt (zu Fuß). Noch 1 Block weiter gehen und man sitzt am Ufer vom Hudson-River. Genialer Blick auf die Skyline; etwas nach rechts gehen Miss Liberty. Zur Station "Groove" vom "Path" sind es nur 5 Min. Mit dem Zug ist man in 20 Min in Manhattan World-Trade-Center. Nur dicke Socken oder Hausschuhe sollte man dabei haben. Der Boden war schon recht kühl (April). Am Ende waren wir froh nicht Downtown zu sein. Die Gegend hat Charme.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

Cecia etait très aidante et répondait rapidement. C'est facilitant quand on a besoin d'aide pour les stationnements ou autre. Lofement propre, fonctionnel et accueillant. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir.

Jennifer's place in Jersey City is the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Just a short walk to the PATH station and tons of restaurant options in between. Her place felt like home after our busy days in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Mark and Erin's place is exactly as described. The space was comfortable and met our needs. The location is fantastic! The blooming spring trees made the lovely street even more beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and a few blocks away are an abundance of coffee shops, small stores and restaurants. We took the water ferry to Manhattan (an easy 8 min. trip) and used the bus as well. Both are within a short walk of the building. I highly recommend.

My family and I had an excellent stay at Peter's place. The apartment was very clean and homey. The neighborhood was convenient- close to the subway, stores, restaurants, parks, and to the start/finish line of the half marathon we were in town for. The hosts were helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay at his place in the future!

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

Dawn is an excellent Host and was always responsive to all my questions. House was clean. We had everything needed for our stay. Place is overall comfy and cozy. Location was great for all places we went!

Location, location, location! This place is perfect if you're looking for a week on the beach and the boardwalk. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk, waterpark, beaches, restaurants, etc. It was perfect for our family vacation with preteens. Paul is extremely responsive and friendly. The place was clean and functional. We're a family of 5 with 3 preteens. We had one that camped out on the couch and two in the bunkbed while we took the queen. It worked out well for us. I will say that it is louder at night than some of the other areas of Seaside heights that we've stayed in before. It's right next to the boardwalk and the waterpark though, so it's to be expected. We brought sound machines along and they worked well to drown out any noise. All and all, this was a great place and the perfect beach house for a vacation in seaside heights!

This place is great for a big group! Lots of room and a beautiful terrace at the top.

The condo was very clean and updated. It was exactly as described/shown in the pictures with an amazing view. Location is in a nice quiet area and has the supermarket/restaurants right down the road. Roger was very responsive and the check in and out process was very easy with the instructions he provided. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying here again!

Place was impeccably clean, and just a block from the ocean. So just about perfect. Looked just like the photos. Beds were very comfortable. We had small issue with WiFi after checking in, and a little trouble getting response from John, but all was resolved early the next morning. All-in-all, it was a great stay and we will plan to stay there again if we are in the area. I highly recommend.

Wir hatten 12 sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Christabella. Die Lage ist ideal, um sowohl New York City als auch die reizvollen Gegenden am Westufer des Hudson River zu erkunden. Besonders praktisch: Der nahegelegene PATH-Train bringt einen in nur 8 Minuten zum World Trade Center und in 19 Minuten zum Empire State Building – die Anbindung an Manhattan ist also perfekt. Aber auch Jersey City selbst hat viel zu bieten, mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Christabella war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Wohnung war genauso, wie sie beschrieben wurde – sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
