+Μας υποδέχτηκε η κα Κατερίνα, η οποία ήτανε εξυπηρετικότατη.Μας έδειξε το σπίτι κ μας πρότεινε μέρη για φαγητό. Όταν δυσκολευτήκαμε να ανάψουμε τα ξύλα του τζακιού, τα οποία ήτανε νωπά από την υγρασία κ την βροχή, άμεσα μας έφερε στεγνά κ μας βοήθησε να την ανάψουμε +Το σπίτι ήτανε ζεστό, υπήρχε καλοριφέρ κ κλιματιστικό για θέρμανση(Χρειάζεται να προστεθούν επιπλέον χαλάκια στο σαλόνι κ στην κουζίνα, καθώς μεγάλη επιφάνεια ήτανε ακάλυπτη,οπότε απαγορευτική για παιδιά που παίζουν κάτω) +Το μπαλκόνι είχε θέα την θάλασσα +Το μπάνιο πολύ ωραίο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο(Ένα κουρτινάκι στο παράθυρο είναι απαραίτητο) +Η κουζίνα σε άριστη κατάσταση(Θα χρειαστεί η προσθήκη μιας τοστιέρας, λίγο λάδι κ αλάτι) +Στην μπαλκονόπορτα του σαλονιού και στο παράθυρο του μπάνιου υπήρχαν αλουμίνια, σε αντίθεση με τα παράθυρα στις κρεβατοκάμαρες που ήταν κλασικά ξύλινα. Ξύλινη και η κυρία είσοδος, η οποία θέλει επιδιόρθωση. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!! Ευχαριστούμε για την διαμονή !!

We had a great stay! Dimitris was a fantastic host! He came especially for us, he showed us the house and let us know the things we can do in the area. His recomandations met our expectations and we enjoyed great food. The house is exactly like in the pictures, very cozy, clean and well mentain. The pool is new and very clean. We appreciate Dimitris for letting us using his house and we highly recommend his place. Thank you!

An amazing spacious house that looked even more mesmerising and magical in person than it did in the photos. The house is secluded and a perfect fit if you're looking to get away and turn off. The beach is a short walk from the place and is one of the most beautiful seas I've seen in all of greece. This house is truly a hidden gem of Evia and we will be coming back again in the future

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location just a short walk to the beach, made it incredibly easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day. The area is also surrounded by nice little restaurants and a small convenient store (with some fresh fruits and veggies), so finding something to eat was never a problem. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The village is quiet and not noisy at all at night. Another highlight was the owner. Incredibly kind, attentive, and ensure we had everything we needed... making our trip even more enjoyable.

Am petrecut 9 zile extraordinare aici, am fost un grup de 4 familii. Vila este exact ca in descriere si ca in poze cu toate dotarile necesare ca sa te simti ca acasa, terasa minunata cu priveliste direct la mica plaja de alaturi. Bucataria este complet echipata, am putut sa ne preparam micul dejun fara sa ne lipseasca nimic. Gazdele extrem de amiabile, ne-au aratat imprejurimile pe unde putem manca, de unde putem sa ne facem cumparaturile si ne-au raspuns prompt ori de cate ori am avut nevoie de o informatie. Zona extrem de linistita chiar foarte intima! Plaja de langa este cu pietricele, este dotata cu 4 umbrelute de rachita si niste bancute free of charge, este de obicei destul de goala. De asemenea in sat mai sunt 2-3 golfulete cu plaje cam la fel, in special golful din stanga are o plaja mai mare. Apa foarte calda, fara alge moarte si de o limpezime extraordinara.
