This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! It is part of a metal pole barn This is a perfect place to relax for a few days and spend some. time fishing in a private, stocked pond (catch and release) while enjoying the woods frequented by wildlife. It is suitable for couples, business travelers, families and anyone who wants to enjoy the breathtaking beauty and history of southeastern Ohio.

The Cottage

This is a rural location. Located on an open hill along a private drive, this newly built -"little house on the prairie"- is surrounded by fields on one end and woods on the other. The moon and lotsa stars at night -no neighbors nearby. Trails and ponds are available for your enjoyment. Swimming* and fishing is encouraged in the warmer months. A small outdoor fire ring is nearby. Hiking in the woods on the far side of the field will be off limits last week of October through thanksgiving.

Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

The Wabash Cabin, nestled in the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio, is in the heart of the Region’s outdoor playground. This unique property offers private hunting privileges on 160 acres. It is also the perfect get away for couples, family, and friends. Hunting rates are $125 per night, per person, and include privileges to hunt on the property. Vacation/Leisure rates are $125 per night for up to 4 people, more than 4 people $20 per night per person.
