Best thing is you pay for a room but get the house mostly to yourself as I'm a busy bee - I work evenings, wake late and I'm usually out during the day so the TVs all yours and I have Netflix. Please be aware that the bedroom is upstairs and my place has good insulation for sound and temperature control.
