Our home is on a flat section on the hills of Nelson spanning across the Tasman Bay to the Western Ranges, enjoy all day sun, in the morning on the back deck, view the tui's and then relax on our front deck and watch the sunset with a drink of your choice. Only 5 mins bike ride to start on one of our many bike trails around the area, or 7mins into the city or shopping mall. We have parking for a boat and 2 cars, Our home is newly renovated, with queen beds, modern appliances, with great views.

Book a stay in this comfortable home on the hill with inspiring international décor. We have a beautiful view you can enjoy from the sun drenched deck, the private spa pool, and the lounge Nelson City Centre is a 30 - 40 minute walk, the nearest shops are only 10 minutes walk. NOTE: Hosts live onsite in a separate downstairs flat with separate access. This is not a good home to stay in for people with pet allergies, a dog and cat that live onsite. The cat may even come up for a visit!

We are in the heart of residential Richmond, within an easy 15/20 minute walk to the Richmond CBD and close proximity to all the beaches, rivers and cycling tracks that the beautiful Nelson/Tasman region has to offer. The Saxton Sports Stadium and newly opened Velodrome is only a half hour walk or 5 minute drive away. There are mountain bike tracks in the hills just behind our house. We have a fully lockable space for your use which is suitable for a couple of bicycles.
