Central Sunny Cottage with sea view

A whole house with large private garden, wonderful sea views with north facing sunny aspect. A great modern kitchen for cooking. A quiet street and an easy walk to the city centre. No air conditioning but a summer sea breeze keeps the house a moderate temperature. The house accommodates 4 adults comfortably. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two King single beds. For families an extra divan bed in the study means we can accommodate 3 children. A modern bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The washing machine also located in the bathroom with outdoor line for drying or a drying rack. Off street parking with easy access to the house. This home includes internet wireless and wifi.

Bird's Nest – Charming Sunny Family House

Bird's Nest is a private sunny family house surrounded by a secluded peaceful garden with lots of trees and birds. A perfect place to relax and rest with your family while exploring the Abel Tasman Nationalpark, the Great Taste Cycle Trail or the Richmond Hills. The Richmond Hills have lots of walking and mountain bike trails with fantastic views over the Tasman Bay. Rabbit Island with its wonderful beach and spectacular scenery is also a great place to enjoy the day and just 15 min away by car.

Views, Sun, Outdoor Living & Walk to the Beach!

Sunny, sheltered, comfortable, well equipped 3 bed house with great deck and garden overlooking Tasman Bay, Tahunanui Beach and views across the Bay to the Arthur Range. 5 minute walk down to the beach! Fantastic views and sun sets. Relax in the garden soaking the sun in the day and listening to the surf at night. We're off travelling so our home is available for you to enjoy. A modern, self-contained two-bedroom home built in 2021 in quiet Atawhai, offering sea views across Tasman Bay and relaxed indoor-outdoor living. Well suited to couples, small families, or guests wanting a peaceful base close to the city, just a five-minute drive away. Guests are welcome to use the stand-up paddleboard and mountain bike, with the Haven Estuary and waterfront cycleway located approximately 300m down the road for calm paddling and scenic rides into town.
