Hillside Hideaway - cozy one bed suite

Relax and explore Nelson and area from this one bedroom private suite. Five minutes from downtown and fifteen minutes from Whitewater, this is the perfect home base for your Kootenay adventures. Free off street parking available , as well as wifi and small kitchenette amenities. Our family of four lives upstairs, as well as our labradoodle. You will hear us; the noise is reflected in our pricing. We are committed to offering an affordable accommodation in what has become a very expensive town.

Welcome to a comfortable, newly updated, 2-bedroom plus large living room and full kitchen walk-out suite with incredible mountain and lake views. Your space includes a large private deck, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a pool table. New dishwasher and washer/dryer. Just 25 minutes from Nelson and 15 minutes from Ainsworth Hot Springs.

The Art Studio downtown

Our Grandpa Max built this eclectic space onto the back of his heritage home in the 1970s as an art studio and woodworking shop. Now we host travelers in this mid-century meets modern Scandi suite. The downtown core is only one block away but the studio is located on a quiet residential street backing on to green-space. Grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, park with a lookout and the theatre are all within blocks. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and ski bums!

Nelson Garden Sanctuary

Newly renovated private garden level suite in beautiful heritage house. Only 3 blocks from downtown. A beautiful unique space to relax in after returning from a day of adventuring. You will love our place because of the central location, and the contemporary cozy lodge-like feel. This space is great place for couples, solo adventurers, and/or small families. A simple and functional design, with off street parking, and plenty of storage space for gear. This suite is licensed with the city.

Bees Knees King Suite: Hot tub + Sauna

Hot tub, campfire & big mountain views from our garden-level king bed suite just 5-minutes from downtown Nelson. Play board games, book a wood fired sauna experience (+$50), or just relax and enjoy a beverage overlooking the mountains. The self-contained suite caters to families & couples that are on an early-to-bed, early-to-rise program as our family lives above the space. Your own private studio in the heart of the city.

Enjoy the privacy of our bright, clean studio with queen bed, kitchen, soaker tub/ hand shower, and private, shaded garden patio. Studio has own entrance completely separate from the main house. Centrally located a 2 min walk/bike to Safeway, Starbucks, and a liquor store, with paths just beyond which will take you to Lakeside park as well. Easy and beautiful 12min walk to great shopping and restaurants/pubs in downtown Nelson. This location can't be beat, right in the heart of the city.

Quiet, Family Friendly Suite Downtown Castlegar

Relax in this bright and spacious upper suite during your stay in the Kootenays. Our heritage home is a very private, comfortable and peaceful space with a quiet cabin feel right in downtown Castlegar. Wake up to complimentary coffee, cream, bread and eggs or oatmeal. Enjoy mountain views while sipping your morning coffee from the private front garden or watching the colors of the evening sunset and the stars from the sun room over looking Mt Sentinel and the Bonnington Range.

Comfortable Sleep for 4, Full Kitchen and Laundry

This newly built custom home has a private basement suite (800 sqft) ideal for up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom (King Bed), 1 den (Queen Bed), a full bathroom and an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen. There is a washer/dryer as well as and a place to store skis/bikes and gear. Our guest often comment on the space as a cozy, stylish, new, super clean place to stay! This space is ideal for people wanting spend their days exploring and their evenings relaxing.

Kootenay View -A Bit of Heaven

Our beautiful 1100 sq.ft executive 2 bedroom suite boasts exceptional unobstructed views of the Kootenays. The 800 sq.ft private deck provides a place to enjoy the sensational sunrises and a BBQ to prepare meals at sunset. Gourmet kitchen contains everything you need, or we are just a short 5 minute walk to town. Off street parking, separate entrance with keypad, and laundry included. Guests have access to a ski locker at Red Mountain and secure bike storage on the premises.
