Recently featured in Best AirB&B Canada! This lake front, 4 bed/2 bath, home features stunning views, an exceptionally private sandy beach - all 1 mile from town. The walkout basement offers an equipped mud room to dry out your gear and a rec room with a queen sleeper sofa + TV (can double as a semi private 5th bed). Max 6 ppl (incl infants). A lockable shed for your sport gear is provided. Please note that the home has a strict no pet/party rule. Approved non registered guests only (max 4).

Unplug and unwind in our cozy Mountain Air Cabin. Our 2BR (2Q 1 bunk for kid) fully stocked cabin is all yours to enjoy in a private forest setting. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and dryer. Games, library, huge DVD selection, and internet. Covered patio with furniture, BBQ and outdoor fire pit. Explore all Nelson has to offer in a short 10 min drive. 30 min to the epic White Water Ski Resort. 20 min to Castlegar Airport. Our property borders Morning Mountain hiking/biking trails.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for the adventurer, families and lake lovers. Perched on a hillside 10 minutes from Nelson and 5mins from Kokanee close to amenities, great biking and hiking trails! Have a BBQ on the patio while taking in the stunning views of Kootenay lake. Relax at your own private beach 5 minutes down the trail or enjoy the private hot tub for those tired muscles. Enjoy the large yard and beautiful gardens or chef up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

Experience Whitewater Ski Resort's expanded terrain in Goatslide this season. This creekfront ski cabin is private & feels secluded yet close to all that Nelson has to offer. A 1 min walk to a sandy beach; 5 min drive to town along the picturesque shoreline of Kootenay Lake; 25-30 min to the ski resort; or 30 min to Ainsworth Hotsprings. Perfect for Kootenay adventures or remote workers (fibre optic internet 1000 Mbps). Additional $50/night for a 3rd guest. Sorry, no pets.

Situated on Kootenay lake, our suites provide travelers with a choice between two unique and beautiful accommodations. Both suites are spacious and feature incredible lake and mountain views, private decks, fully equipped kitchens, and private access to a secluded beach. NOTE: A reservation is now required to access the hot springs, please check their website for further information. We are separate from the resort. Kick off your shoes and take in the serene view at our cozy hilltop suite. Enjoy a kitchen stocked with every comfort you expect, plus specialty coffee equipment you’ll love. Wind your way across the road and down the trail to our private sandy beach, and roast some marshmallows on the campfire while you’re there. Novelty and adventure are nearby: only 3 minutes to Nelson, 28 minutes to Whitewater Ski Hill, and 1 minute to Lyons Bluff hiking trail.

Lakewood Cottage

Perfect getaway! This private, new, detached cottage is nestled just steps from Kootenay Lake in lower Nelson. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4, this tranquil space will meet your relaxing needs. Our pet friendly space is sure to please. We do allow DOGS for a fee of $60 for the stay. Sorry NO CATS. Please be sure to let Kadie know you are bringing a dog and to add it at the checkout. ( My dog will let me know if you do)Thank you 😊

Cozy Studio near Ski Hill, Nelson, Ainsworth!

Kick back and relax in this newly renovated guesthouse studio. Have the entire home to yourself complete with kitchen, full bath and living area. The kitchen includes an air fryer oven, induction stovetop, Keurig coffee maker and fridge. The bathroom features a brand new rock and tile rain shower. Only a 8 min walk to 6 mile beach, 12 km to downtown Nelson, 33 km to Whitewater Ski Resort and 36 km to Ainsworth Hot Springs.
