I stayed here around 4 days. Nicely and cozy room. New shopping center is near this room. Owner helped us a lot. Highly recommended. :)

在出發前已經與房東有直接的溝通。 房東幫忙協助包車到民宿，我們到達時房東已在下車點等待。一行人進入民宿已一聲聲驚歎，光亮淨潔，地方比相片和想像中大得多。 我們一行5人的3個晚上都感到非常滿意。這是我們在台北旅遊多次以來居住過最好最好的房源。 居住途中，房東方面一直提供各方面的照顧，協助，及建議。即使最後遇上颱風，我們的航班一而再再而三的延誤，什至有取消的可能性。房東方面都致力地提供能力範圍內的一切幫忙，這使我們在不安中感到台灣人的熱情及無私的協助。 如果我下次再來台北，房東的房源絕對是我的首選。

Excellent location. Neighborhood was peaceful and provided respite from busy urban area. It was close to MRT brown line. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean. Owner was responsive to questions about the apartment.

이번 출장에서 머문 이 에어비앤비 숙소는 정말 기대 이상으로 만족스러웠습니다. 출장 특성상 숙소 선택에 있어 가장 중요하게 생각했던 부분은 청결도와 편의성이었는데, 이 숙소는 그 모든 부분을 훌륭하게 충족해주었습니다. 먼저, 도착했을 때 가장 인상 깊었던 것은 숙소가 정말 깔끔하게 관리되어 있다는 점이었습니다. 침구류는 물론이고 바닥, 주방, 욕실까지 먼지 하나 없이 정돈되어 있었고, 세심한 청소 상태가 느껴졌습니다. 특히 욕실은 물때나 찌든 때 없이 반짝였고, 수건과 어메니티도 넉넉하게 준비되어 있어 장기 출장자에게도 불편함이 없을 정도였습니다. 숙소에 들어서는 순간부터 쾌적함이 느껴져 출장의 피로를 풀기에 안성맞춤이었습니다. 또한, 주인분의 친절함도 큰 감동이었습니다. 체크인 전부터 세심하게 숙소 이용 방법과 주변 편의시설에 대해 안내해주셨고, 필요할 때마다 빠르고 정중하게 답변을 주셨습니다. 현지 맛집 추천부터 대중교통 이용법까지 친절하게 알려주셔서, 낯선 곳에서의 불안함 없이 편안하게 머무를 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다도 불필요한 간섭 없이 적당한 거리에서 배려해주신 덕분에, 집처럼 편안한 시간을 보낼 수 있었던 것 같습니다. 숙소 위치 또한 출장용으로 아주 훌륭했습니다. 인근에 편의점, 카페, 식당 등이 밀집해 있어 간단한 식사나 업무 전후 커피 한 잔을 해결하기에 매우 편리했고, 주요 업무지구로의 이동도 용이했습니다. 교통편이 잘 되어 있어서 택시를 타거나 대중교통을 이용할 때 이동시간이 짧아, 시간 절약 측면에서도 큰 만족을 느꼈습니다. 숙소 내부에는 업무용 노트북을 놓고 사용할 수 있는 적당한 크기의 테이블이 마련되어 있어 간단한 업무를 보기에도 불편함이 없었습니다. 와이파이 속도도 빠르고 안정적이어서, 화상 회의나 파일 업로드 시에도 전혀 스트레스를 받지 않았습니다.

I stayed with my husband and two kids. We had a great stay! Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating, especially when one piece of luggage was delayed from the airport. The hosts talked to the airline and arranged for the suitcase to be delivered to them and then brought it to our AirBnB so we didn’t have to stay in and wait. They provided a high chair and a crib for our baby and the place was very clean and comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient to the MRT, restaurants, cafes, a Family Mart, and the bakery downstairs has some of the best bread around. Because it’s on a main street, you can hear road noises. However, it did not disrupt anybody’s rest. If you are a light sleeper, a white noise maker might help. They were great and prompt at communicating and very flexible with check in and check out. A great stay in a convenient location!

Sandy's loft was not only comfortable and cosy. The loft had good security and felt safe. The surroundings were not short of local eats and options all day long. Most of all, Sandy is an amazing host. very responsive and responsible. we had a small issue with the water heater on day 1 and she made sure it was fixed immediately. We highly recommend Sandy's place if you plan to stay in the Nangang / Neihu area in Taipei.

The apartment was easy to find with clear instructions from the host who also met us during check in to bring us around the apartment. The place was clean and size was good for our group. The host was also very friendly and very responsive on text.

Very nice and communicative host. They were kind enough to offer flexible checkin and checkout which was super helpful for us. The place is located in a great area to immerse yourself in local culture. Convenient to access. Would visit again when in Taipei!
