Private beach property with two separate houses.

My place is just in front of the beach. You’ll love my place because of the view, the tranquil sounds from the sea and the big beautiful private garden. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids) and can accommodate big groups. We also have a pool for adults and a pool for kids that add more fun of your stay . Our garden infront and in the pool area will give you the pleasure to grill and other things or activities you like to do for a relaxing vacation.

Its a charming studio unit surrounded with mango trees. Its at the exact boundary of tourist towns Moalboal and Badian. The unit is inside our family compound with green lawns and coconut palms. Its an airconditioned room with a queen size bed, smart tv/Netflix's ready, hot and cold shower, strong WIFI, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. HSC is a secluded homestay on the South West Island of Cebu. We offer a quiet beachfront property perfect for a holiday environment. We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listed price is based on a 4-guest occupancy. There is a $10.00 USD charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 PM there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.
