This place was awesome. Bed was conformable and the A/C worked great. The balcony was actually usable with 2 chairs and a table on it. The staff that worked at the complex is very friendly and helpful. The Gym was nice and modern. I would for sure stay here again.

It was such a lovely and relaxing stay --we are torn between exploring tbe city and just staying inside because it is THAT cozy. Truly a home away from home. The first time I inquired and messaged Ms. Fatima, I just know that this will be a memorable and one of the best bnbs that we stayed at. Kudos to the host for being patient with my inquiries and generous with our request-- really appreciate it! :) Essential kitchen amenities are useful as well as the pail and dipper in the bathroom! Haha, that really nailed it..we might have experienced slow internet at times but that did not spoil our stay. Can't wait to be back and thank you so much again!

Spacious studio, very clean, complete amenities, and located ideally at Iloilo Business Park. This Airbnb is a perfect base when in Iloilo. It is a short walk to the Festive Walk Mall and IMOCA, and a short grab ride to Molo Plaza and Jaro Plaza. The pool and gym were also excellent. The hosts are very kind and responsive to all our needs. Highly recommended.

Ciri and Martin are great hosts. Their place felt like home. It has everything we needed during our stay, and it’s near the beach. They offer scooter rentals and tricycle/taxi arrangements whenever we needed. 10/10 stay, we’d love to book the place when we come back and we’ll surely recommend them to our friends who will visit Moalboal

Amazing stay! Perfect for families with kids! We had an incredible time staying at John Erwin's place with my nieces and nephews, who are all minors. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the space was designed with care and attention to detail. The unit was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for a family, plenty of room for the kids to play while still giving everyone space to relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make mealtime easy and fun. The location was fantastic, too—close to Festive walk and mall, Marketplace, coffee shops, korean bbq and more. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially families traveling with kids. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

Ericson’s place is perfect for families. It has basic necessities and not too far from the city. It’s safe since it’s inside the subdivision. Host also responds quickly to queries and requests. We had an amazing stay at Jorja’s place for over two weeks! The location was perfect—conveniently close to town and my family, yet in a peaceful area with little traffic, making it a truly relaxing retreat. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had a wonderful homey feel. Everything we needed was provided, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The garden was beautifully maintained, and we loved spending time on the balcony, enjoying the fresh air and gentle breeze. With few neighbors around, it felt extra private and peaceful. Most importantly, my daughter and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The bed, linens, and pillows were all fresh and incredibly comfortable. We truly felt at home here. Highly recommend Jorja’s place, and without a doubt, we’ll be back next time we’re in Dumangas!

A large house in a secure, gated community. Host communicates well, self check in was easy. The only thing to note, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is positioned as an extension of the master bedroom and doesn’t have a direct access (you have to go through master bedroom to get to it). Over all a decent house that I would happily recommend!

Loved the architectural design and overall functionality of the place. Although I think the spiral staircase can be considered a fall hazard from the top floor if you have kids/pets around. Just make sure to keep an eye on them. Another thing is the indoor temperature. It can get humid in the afternoon especially within the living and dining rooms since these areas are only equipped with fans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back or at least recommend this to our friends & family. P.s. the famous Osmeña peak is also easily accessible from this place by riding a motorcycle or taking your own car to the jump-off point (25 to 30-minute drive). An early morning hike would be the perfect side trip, just like what we did.

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

Had a wonderful time at Gladys's place in ILO! Great, quiet location, still close enough to cafes, 7/11 and one of the malls. The condo was lovely and perfect for our needs, and Gladys was super helpful and responsive the whole time. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The place was great. Looked exactly like the photos. Easy to find and no hassle checking in. Condo staff were great. It’s just walking distance from SM City.
