The Barn is nestled between the Forbes Top Ten Rated Lancaster downtown, the quaint town of Lititz and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. We are next to a horse farm where you can relax before sight-seeing. There is a separate entrance to this private 800 square foot lower level suite, so come and go as you want. It is perfect for couples looking to enjoy Lancaster County. There is a spacious bathroom and 2 queen beds with plenty of room to relax.

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.

Historic 1813 Guest Suite - Downtown Lititz

This historical guest suite is within a house built in 1813, and is just a few blocks from the many shops and restaurants for which Lititz is known. The guest suite has its own entrance. The space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with corner shower and built in cabinetry, and an efficiency kitchen (mini refrigerator with freezer, sink, counter top area, cabinets, toaster, Keurig, and table for two).

It is located in a building that we own and is directly above our boutique retail store. The center city location (almost everything is walkable) is perfect for travelers, so we renovated it into a guest house!

Swallow Cottage Private Suite

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
