Close to all the industrial sites in the Port Arthur/ Beaumont area. Pets allowed. Having been a traveling pipefitter, I furnished the home with everything contingent workers need to be comfortable. Two fully furnished bedrooms with queen beds, a third bedroom with a futon. There are a also a twin airbed and queen airbed in the closets. Full sized refrigerator, microwave, Kuerig and drip coffee makers. There's a one car garage and the driveway will fit two more cars.

Smart TVs. Wifi, no cable. The indoor fireplace is not listed as an amenity because it is not usable at this time.

Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.
