Yr Hen Stabl

Yr Hen Stabl is a dog friendly, converted farm stable full of character and charm. It is simply furnished with antique Welsh furniture and textiles. The cosy interior with wood burning stove offers a comfortable space in which to relax after long walks in the Brecon Beacons or from which to work remotely. Based near to the waterfalls, the cottage provides easy access to outdoor activities such as wild swimming, gorge walking and hiking. It is also conveniently situated for the Gower coast.

Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Afan Forest Park Heather View

This beautifully renovated three-story house offers stunning views of the mountains and the historic old railway bridge Ideal for all leisure based activities. Providing easy access to the network of mountain bike trails, and a short ride to Afan Park visitors centre. The beach is a 45-minute cycle ride, which can be accessed using the cycle path network. No 2 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door is No 1 that is slightly smaller and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.

Afan Forest House

Situated in a quiet, semi-rural village is this charming, three-bedroom holiday home. On road parking for two cars, tastefully-presented interiors, and a spacious outdoor garden with seating and private hot tub. When it's time to relax, wind down in the sitting area, which is kept warm and toasty by a woodburning stove.
