Bright Renovated Apartment in the Heart of the City

My place is a newly renovated apartment furnished and decorated in a way that entirely expresses my personal taste and my needs as a guest. Bright colors and modern elements combined with unique vintage pieces and plants. Spacious and luminous, this space ideal to spend your weekend and relax or even stay longer periods and feel at home. As long as you enter the apartment all spaces are accessible to you. And in order to be more precise, these include two spacious and extra cozy living rooms with a workstation, an elegant master bedroom, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. The waterfront is just steps from the front door, while nearby points of interest include Aristotle's Square and Agia Sofia church. Public transportation is the best way to move around as parking can be quite tricky downtown. I would not recommend that. Nea Roda Apartments Α2

An apartment with a spacious balcony with a view. It sleeps comfortably 4-6 persons. Only 150 metres from the sandy beach and restaurants and thee minutes walk from the local bakery and supermarket. It benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, a sizeable open plan lounge/dinner, two bedrooms with comfortable antique style beds, side tables and a large wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned, offers free WiFi, free parking and a garden with a barbecue.

80m² apartment,on the 4th floor, belonging to and remodelled by our architectural office: d_code ARCHITECTS. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and furniture have been renovated with wooden elements on floors and walls creating a classy environment. Lighting has been studied to ensure tranquillity and atmosphere. Wifi and cable TV,telephone (for national calls only), offices. One master bedroom and also a second room (with potential of complete privacy) with couch that can be turned to double bed.

Our spacious, fully renovated apartment is tastefully furnished with modern amenities, including two air conditioning units, fiber-optic internet, a washer, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable stay. Designed with you in mind, it ensures you feel right at home. The bedroom is separated for added privacy. Home away from home

The newly renovated apartment is situated in the centre of town. With a terrace and city views, it has 1 bedroom, a living room, 2 flat-screen TVs, a kitchen with a washer, 1 bathroom with a shower and is offering free WiFi and air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. It comfortably sleeps 4 with a double bed and 2 pull-out sofas. Perfect for work or vacation you can walk to anywhere in the center of town within a few minutes. The property is non-smoking.

It is a beauty apartment inside the village. The apartment is about 35 cm2. It include AC, WIFI, tv, kitchen , balcony. It is 200 meters away from the sea. In 40 meters away there is supermarket , bakery is 150 meters away and around the place there are different stores.
