A wonderful apartment in front of the sea!

A cozy appartment( 45sq.m) in front of the sea of Perea. Fully renovated in 2021.The speed of wifi is 200 mbps!!! The bus station is 30 meters away. There is a supermarket 80 meters away. You will find a lot of beach bars, traditional taverns and playgrounds while walking at the sidewalk in front of the house. It's on the first floor. There are boats that you can use from Perea to Thessaloniki. The airport is 15km from Perea and Thessaloniki is 25 km from Perea.There is a HYUNDAI i10 for rental

An stunning flat in the top, 2nd floor (only by stairs) , situated right on the water It's a comfortable with big balcony and a breathtaking view! It's located in the city centre and the beach is ideal for families looking for quite holiday.Super markets beach bars and taverns are availiable within walking from the flat. The flat has two bedroom,a living room with a sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, wc and shower. Only 20 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from Thessaloniki!

A beautiful, spacy, light rooftop apartment with views of the sea and mountain. 3 minutes from a blue star beach and a 5 star hotel. It has descent furniture, tableware, fast WIFI, IPtv with TV channels from all over the world, HIFI system, air-conditioning, gas heathing, private parking, three balconies, elevator, intercom and a big walk-in closet. New Sun and Sea Apartment in a 4 acres garden

JUST 1 MIN FROM THE BEACH !!!

Amazing place for a family holidays , just 50m from the beach. the apartment is located in Dionisiou Beach in Halkidiki , very close to a park and a safe playground for children. The apartment is fully refurbished in 2021, consists of two bedrooms , one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. From the balcony you can enjoy the sea view and also have your lunch or dinner. There is a free parking aswell and an outdoor shower for using it, after returning from the beach.

The seaview attic of Michaniona

"Joana's room with breathtaking view .." is a brand new room ( builded 2020 ) on the 3rd floor of a family building which offers a unique view of the sea and the mythical Mount Olympus, as it has first place in the sea. The room of 37 square meters offers a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped and functional kitchen and bathroom and a balcony with unsurpassed views which will engrave your most beautiful memories(!Note! : Unsuitable for very tall people).
