Bright Renovated Apartment in the Heart of the City

My place is a newly renovated apartment furnished and decorated in a way that entirely expresses my personal taste and my needs as a guest. Bright colors and modern elements combined with unique vintage pieces and plants. Spacious and luminous, this space ideal to spend your weekend and relax or even stay longer periods and feel at home. As long as you enter the apartment all spaces are accessible to you. And in order to be more precise, these include two spacious and extra cozy living rooms with a workstation, an elegant master bedroom, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. As a local, I can offer my insights and share some great city tips. The location is the center of Thessaloniki's beating heart, with the area a mix of the residential and commercial. The waterfront is just steps from the front door, while nearby points of interest include Aristotle's Square and Agia Sofia church. Public transportation is the best way to move around as parking can be quite tricky downtown. I would not recommend that. 80m² apartment,on the 4th floor, belonging to and remodelled by our architectural office: d_code ARCHITECTS. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and furniture have been renovated with wooden elements on floors and walls creating a classy environment. Lighting has been studied to ensure tranquillity and atmosphere. Wifi and cable TV,telephone (for national calls only), offices. One master bedroom and also a second room (with potential of complete privacy) with couch that can be turned to double bed.

Our spacious, fully renovated apartment is tastefully furnished with modern amenities, including two air conditioning units, fiber-optic internet, a washer, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable stay. Designed with you in mind, it ensures you feel right at home. The bedroom is separated for added privacy. You'll be steps away from the beach, with easy access to tavernas, restaurants, cafés, stores, a bus stop, a tennis court, and a local museum. BEACH - 1-2 min walk.

Home away from home

The newly renovated apartment is situated in the centre of town. With a terrace and city views, it has 1 bedroom, a living room, 2 flat-screen TVs, a kitchen with a washer, 1 bathroom with a shower and is offering free WiFi and air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. It comfortably sleeps 4 with a double bed and 2 pull-out sofas. Perfect for work or vacation you can walk to anywhere in the center of town within a few minutes. The property is non-smoking.

It is a beauty apartment inside the village. The apartment is about 35 cm2. It include AC, WIFI, tv, kitchen , balcony. It is 200 meters away from the sea. In 40 meters away there is supermarket , bakery is 150 meters away and around the place there are different stores.

Detached new private house with 6 apartments. Located in the center of the area, within walking distance to Aristotle Square, next to the train station, a bus station is nearby, 200 meters from a shopping center. Cozy, quiet and new housing. Renovated in 2023.
