The Bluegum Studio is a modern, homely, industrial designed accommodation with all the features you need for you stay. It’s set in a peaceful, rural property with surrounding of bushland, Blue Gum trees and clearing. You can choose to relax in the quiet, private accommodation or explore the many attractions that the south west has to offer. The surrounding yard is designed to be child friendly with a mini nature play area. As the area around the Studio is fenced, dogs are very welcome too!

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Walk just 160 steps to white sand and crystal clear waters… you may even see our local pod of dolphins. 160 Steps is at the doorstep of epic surf breaks for the adventurous as well as the shallow calm waters of Yallingup lagoon for a more leisurely experience. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

The fully self contained Hacienda offers simple yet comfortable accommodation for 2 -3 adults or two adults and up to two children. The main bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds. Set at the back of our property, surrounded by native bush it has its own driveway and parking and is only 5 min walking distance to Dunsborough's town centre and another 5 minutes to the beach.
