La maison est très confortable, bien équipée avec son grand feu ouvert réconfortant pour les longues soirées d'hiver. Située dans un petit village en cul de sac, très calme et à 10 mètres des bois et de départs jolies balades balisées. Un bon bol d'air pur au coeur de la nature avec une multitude d'activités à proximité : randonnée, VTT, Hautes Fagnes, thermes de Spa, Golf, Circuit de Francorchamps, ...

This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Charmante gîte voor rust- en natuurliefhebbers!

Voor wie rust en natuur zoekt is hier op de juiste plek. Je bevindt je hier midden in de natuur met hectaren bos in de achtertuin. Wat vroeger een stal was is nu een charmante gîte. Een typische woning in de Ardennen met veel intimiteit op enkele minuten van het formule 1 circuit. Als fanatiek trailer ken ik het bos in de achtertuin op mijn duimpje. Ik kan het iedere loop- en wandelliefhebber aanraden om er een keer te "verdwalen". Het is uiteraard ook geschikt voor mountainbikers.

De hoeve heeft een 1 ha grote kindvriendelijke tuin met biologische moestuin, hoogstamboomgaard, geiten- en schapenweide, hooiland,stro-lemen stal. De omgeving is een wandel en fietsparadijs tussen rijkelijke kastelen, boomgaarden , weilanden en mooie haspengouwse dorpjes.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
