We fell in love with Alfama and want you to experience it - that's why we want to share our house with you, that's why we will give you all the nice tips - be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a brand new apartment in total renovate building (re build in April 2016) with lift, in the 2nd floor of a 4 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in April 2016. It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel and toilet paper. There's an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. Air conditioned are available for hotter days. You'll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺ You can find also tourist information in the apartment…but we will share some already with you. Enjoy it! You will be in Alfama! Price for 2 people using all the house; you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personaly, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We will also be on hand during your stay - you can contact us by phone, SMS, mail or Whatsapp Messenger. The area is full of history and truly represents the heart of Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets, discover the little typical cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and new places emerging throughout the neighborhood. Yes there plenty of public transportation: Metro Sation Santa Apolonia Station (2 min walking), Taxi and the 28 Tram 5min walking from the house. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s an extra service - please let us know if are interested.

Chiado Studio II Fantastic Place

This apartment is located in a 3rd floor of an XVIII century totally renovated building with elevator in the Chiado area of Lisbon. Inside the apartment You'll find all the amenities and comfort for a great short or long stay in Lisbon! From the air conditioning to the central heating passing by the small kitchen appliances like the orange juice squeezer and the toaster all was thought to maximize comfort. The apartment has a kitchenette with two electric hobbs, a microwave and a dishwasher. The design of the apartment makes it look like an open space, but at the same time the lounge area with dinning space, is well divided by the sleeping area by two glass french doors. There is very comfortably seating for 4/5 in the lounge, and the dinning area accommodates 5 also very comfortably. A lounge chair that turns is perfect for reading while having a view over the Tagus river. While lying in bed one has a great view over the river. The bathroom is in white Portuguese marble and boasts a large Shower enclosure as well as a bidet. There is a closet in the bedroom and another one in the Lounge area. The decoration of the apartment follows modern and simple lines, but always keeping in mind the main features of the building and its XVIII century construction. The apartment accommodates 4 very comfortably, has a double bed in the bedroom and an oversized sofa where 2 single beds can be made. Cable TV and Wireless internet are available and complimentary. The area of Largo do Carmo and Chiado with Rua Garrett is one of the most stylish in Lisbon, and the perfect spot to stay while visiting. The Baixa/Chiado metro station is about 200 meters from the apartment. This apartment's ceiling height is 3 meters, and has one large window doors to the balcony, as well as two windows, one in the bedroom the other in the living room. Tagus River, Lisbon rooftops, are one of the main features of this amazing studio apartment. The balcony has 9 meters by 75 cm. The perfect place to stay while in Lisbon! The place for You!
