Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Bellísimo departamento estilo industrial en pleno corazón del Boulevard Caseros

Edificio NUEVO! a pasos de Parque Lezama, Puerto Madero y el casco histórico de la ciudad. Cuenta con una cama matrimonial X-Queen que puede transformarse en 2 camas individuales y sofá con posibilidad de acomodar a un niño. Disponemos de cuna para bebe en caso de solicitarla. El apartamento completamente amoblado con WiFi y Cable, para disfrutar de una hermosa estadía en la ciudad! El edificio cuenta con sector parrillas en la terraza, hermosa piscina al aire libre y laundry. Barrio de ubicación privilegiada, con acceso muy cercano a medios de transportes. El pintoresco Boulevard Caseros es un sitio de gran valor histórico y el nuevo polo gastronómico de San Telmo. El barrio ofrece arquitectura de época, varios restaurantes, cerveceras, anticuarios, museos. El parque Lezama está a pocos metros del departamento. A pocos minutos de Puerto Madero. ubicación excelente con servicio de varias lineas de colectivos, a 10 minutos caminando de la Estación de trenes y subte Constitución, a 4 cuadras de la Avda 9 de Julio y a pocas cuadras de Puerto Madero. Se puede caminar tranquilamente hacia cualquiera de estos puntos.

Hermoso depto en San Telmo con vista panoramica

Departamento a estrenar totalmente equipado y amoblado. Tiene un living comedor muy luminoso y un balcón muy amplio con una vista panorámica al Parque Lezama. Esta ubicado en pleno corazón de San Telmo, rodeado de la mejor gastronomía de Buenos Aires, a 50 metros de la Avenida Caseros y del Museo Histórico Nacional. Cercano al Mercado de San Telmo, a Plaza Dorrego, al Museo de Arte Moderno, a Puerto Madero y La Boca. A 150 metros de la parada del bus turistico y a 200 metros del Metrobus.

Luminous, cozy San Telmo apt. with a balcony.

Apartment with plenty of natural light, located in the touristic neighborhood of San Telmo, Buenos Aires 3 blocks away from the historic Lezama Park and a 10 min. walk to La Boca. 15 min from Buquebus and Retiro stations, 25 min from Aeroparque and 30 min from Ezeiza (by car). Good speed of wi-fi, easing your remote job. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Just one block from cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors and diet/vegan shops. Space to leave the bikes inside. Private entrance.

Stylish Design Loft in the Heart of San Telmo

This incredible loft is located in the most elegant area of the historic center of San Telmo, adjacent to Parque Lezama, the National Historical Museum, and Av. Caseros Boulevard, considered the new gastronomic center of the City. An oasis in the middle of the city with many tourist attractions, close to the best universities, transportation The Editorial is a building that was originally a factory and was recently converted into a modern residential building with a European feel.

Amazing New Loft - Historical Building, San Telmo

Excelente Loft a estrenar con vista al Boulevard Caseros. Edificio del siglo XIX, totalmente reciclado, con los detalles, calidad y calidez del siglo pasado y con todo el confort de la actualidad. Ubicado en la mejor cuadra de San Telmo, Boulevard Caseros...donde se conjuga la mejor arquitectura con los mejores restaurantes de la zona. A minutos de Caminito, Puerto Madero, Plaza Dorrego y del casco histórico de la ciudad. Una Pausa en Buenos Aires.
