Paddleboat, kayak and fish this great little lake or bring your toys. All-Sports lake right by the Sand Lake Trailhead. Two queen size beds, 2 queen size futons, one twin bed and plenty room for sleeping on the breezy back porch. Bonfire pit right on the beach. Cabin-like guesthouse only 4 miles from Tawas!

This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.

The Cabin

Only weekly, Friday to Friday rentals in July and August. Pontoon (new interior) rental May-September, $650 per week. While we lovingly refer to our home up north as "The Cabin" it is far from just a cabin. Cottage on the outside, cabin on the inside, this home has it all! LAKE, ORV trails, a stunning home, and best of all you can bring your fur babies (dogs only - $100 per stay). Ramp to front porch for more accessibility.
