실내 전체 올수리를 마친 숙소입니다. 무려 6개월의 기간동안 천장, 벽, 벽내장재, 바닥을 모두 제거하고 저렴한 자재가 아닌 튼튼하고 좋은 자재를 사용하여 실제 집주인이 나중에 거주하기 위한 용도로 지었습니다. 침대 프레임과 매트리스, 소파, 식탁등 가구는 모두 한국에서 수입, 주방 용품들은 홈디포와 메이시스에서 브랜드 제품으로만 구비했습니다. 세탁기, 건조기는 엘지 제품을 사용하였으며 투몬 경찰서 맞은편 1분거리에 위치하여 치안이 좋습니다. 바로 위 단지에 주인이 거주중이며 아이들을 키우고 있어 미리 약속을 정하지 않으면 만나기는 어렵지만 문제가 생기거나 문의사항이 있을시 언제든지 바로 연락드립니다. 소파는 의자 하나에 2인이 착석가능한 소파로 10인이 앉을수 있는 대형 소파입니다. 한쪽 벽면을 채우는 대형 빔 프로젝터로 다같이 넷플릭스나 유투브를 감상하며 쉴 수 있습니다. 식탁 또한 8인 최대 10인이 착석가능한 대형 테이블로 온가족이 다같이 둘러앉아 식사를 하실수 있습니다

This newly renovated home is great for families. Bright, clean, quiet and relaxing . Full size Kitchen,Dinning and 3br,2.5bath,patio and backyard. Fully furnished, cover carport .This townhouse has open complete kitchen equipments, plates, utensils,Toast Oven, washer/dryer, LED TV, Netflix and freewired internet . It's also has Water Softener and RO water System to provide clean water . A few minutes drive to shopping as DFS , Micronesia Mall &Macy's and ROSS, Kmart, restaurants .

welcome to my family house and feel at home.location, very convenient in barrigada. walking distance from payless suparmarket 24 hr opening. Mcdonad's KFC. convenient store. to the beach about 10 minutes away and shopping mall . Free parking on site. free wifi. Airport pick up/ drop off can be arranged at tenant's cost.the unit is very reasonable price for private a bedroom with private bathroom, living room. washer and dryer. welcome all guests and feel like in your home.

Airbnb Licensed with the Government of Guam. Large SUITE style apartment. Super Central & Clean. Our Beautiful Apartment is very spacious. Full size equipped kitchen, dinning & living room, drinking water system, Free Parking, wifi, Netflix & amenities. Short walk to supermarkets, shopping, eating & bus station at GPO. Central to sightseeing spots. Close to airport and K-Mart. Kids friendly, baby bathtub & chair. SUPER clean. We sanitize our apartment with great care!

Tiny home living at its best! Nestle into this newly renovated 300 sq ft stand alone home. Light granite countertops contrasting dark wood cabinetry highlight the quaint kitchen. A beautiful dark stained barn door leads to the 1 bedroom, 1 bath living space. A walk-in closet, built-in shelves, and drawers in the bed frame allow for ample storage. Enjoy the outdoors beneath a covered wooden deck. Located in a nice quiet cul-de-sac, this Yigo Gem is a true must see!

This is a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom condo with a private outdoor patio . There is a swimming pool and 2 tennis courts for guests to freely use. The unit is on the first floor of a three-story condominium. It is as centrally located as it gets. Donki Village is an ~2 min. drive/10 min. walk. GMH, Ypao beach, the airport, Kmart, and GPO, are about an ~5 min. drive. GRMC and Micronesia Mall are an ~10 min. drive. The community has plenty of free parking spots.
