Pretty good! I had a one night stay only. But pretty good location and it’s not as bad as the other reviews! I wouldn’t mind staying again at his place.

Excellent serviced apartment with self cook or chef meals available close to all the major things in Hyderabad. Best for those needing to be near film city or Apollo or other hospitals. Staff and management were attentive and the place was beautifully appointed.

Very peaceful, tranquil, and lovely place with an excellent host and overall management. The professionalism and comfort was so good that when I needed to extend my stay, I didn't need to look elsewhere, and instead chose the same place. centrally located and easy to get around to all the major points in the city. especially appreciate the level of cleanliness and hygiene that the staff guarantee as that was important to me. Thank you to the host and the management is the reason I'm even extending my stay. wonderful and thoughtful people are hard to find these days, so I very much appreciate them.

This studio apartment offers a comfortable stay in a well-developed yet peaceful area, away from the main road. The windows open to pleasant surroundings, adding to the charm. Service is prompt and reliable 24/7—I requested a quilt at night, and it arrived within minutes. A great choice for a hassle-free, comfortable stay.

We spent two days at the place and it was nice comfortable. With all the amenities mentioned available. The caretaker was available on call and helped in whatever we wanted. Loved the place.

Mr. Akhil is very helpful and approachable. The staff is also very hardworking. The place is good and has all the necessary amenities. It is close by to Novotel Hitex and other major hospitals. Washing machine is available. All major delivery apps work including transport apps. A provision for tea or coffee is missing and would have been helpful. They have also accomodated the request for extra room and extra bed on a very short notice. Thank you !
