Built in 1925 this home features 2 large bedrooms with queen sized beds, your own living room, bathroom & toilet. Your hosts live separately at the back of the house, you have independent access to your space and your privacy is guaranteed . It is an easy walk into town for shopping @2 kms to the bottom of the main shopping strip. Beachfront cycleway close by. Napier boasts some great restaurants, bars and music venues. Hawkes Bay offers 100+ wineries in the region for your enjoyment

Fully fenced, warm and equipped on McGrath

77 McGrath is a renovated bungalow in Napier South with a modern, contemporary feel and great indoor/outdoor living. Being a kiwi house, we have a good sized deck, great BBQ and outdoor area. Our place is private and fully fenced with large automatic gates, so great for kids. We are big on comfort, good beds, quality bedlinen, and large sofa's made for sinking into after a day at the vineyards. We are one street back from the beach (2min walk) and a 20 min stroll (1.9km) to the centre of town.

Fully renovated 1915 cottage in Napier south. Full of charm. Sunny bright back deck. 15 mins walk to centre of town. Freshly decorated. New carpets, and curtains. Large shower room with laundry cupboard. Suitable for up to four adults, ideal for two couples or as a romantic weekend for two. Napier is a Art Deco Mecca and you can enjoy wonderful wineries and dining in the Hawke’s bay sunshine. There are great walks and cycle tracks and a trip up Te Mata Peak is worth while.

With both gas fires and a heat pump you will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There are 3 bedrooms with separate kitchen, lounge and a snug. The sunny back yard is fully fenced. The full bathroom has the shower over a bath, and there is an additional toilet off the laundry.
