Please note: We do not charge a cleaning fee; check out is 11am or otherwise by arrangement. Hosted by Iain and Virginia, Uiskentuie is ideally located for Napier's beautiful amenities. It is accessible and private, a self-contained apartment with generous sized bedroom and a day-room with mini kitchen, modern decor and access to private garden area. Walkways and cycling trails are on the doorstep and its an easy walk to restaurants and pubs. You'll feel on holiday as soon as you get here.

Character Home Close To Town with own bathroom

Built in 1925 this home features a large bedroom with a queen sized bed, your own living room, bathroom & toilet. Your hosts live separately at the back of the house, you have independent access to your space and your privacy is guaranteed . It is an easy walk into town for shopping @2 kms to the bottom of the main shopping area. Beachfront cycleway close by. Napier boasts vibrant restaurants, bars and music venues. For wine lovers HB boasts over 100 wineries, ideal for tastings/tours

Large 4 Bedroom Apartment. sea views and deck. 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with super Kings beds and 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds in each room. Two bathrooms, each with a shower. There is also a bath in the downstairs bathroom. Two separate toilets makes this ideal for larger groups and families. Fully fenced, warm and equipped on McGrath

77 McGrath is a renovated bungalow in Napier South with a modern, contemporary feel and great indoor/outdoor living. Being a kiwi house, we have a good sized deck, great BBQ and outdoor area. Our place is private and fully fenced with large automatic gates, so great for kids. We are big on comfort, good beds, quality bedlinen, and large sofa's made for sinking into after a day at the vineyards. We are one street back from the beach (2min walk) and a 20 min stroll (1.9km) to the centre of town.

5 star reviews in sought after beach suburb of Ahuriri. Modern one bedrm unit is air conditioned for comfort thru summer,with bi-fold doors to a small,sunny, private courtyard. One street back from the beach & a short walk to all the exciting things close by,cafes,food stores,movie theatre,cycleway,sandy beach. Modern 3 bedroom town-house in fantastic location. 3 great Queen size beds - hotel quality with nice linens and towels provided. Walk to town or Marine Parade, cosy gas fire, full size fridge/freezer. 50" HD TV with wifi built in. Surround sound system with Bluetooth and outdoor speakers. High Speed fibre internet with wifi. BBQ . Air conditioning and fans for hot summer months. 3 cruiser bikes for riding the pathways of Hawkes Bay are ready in the garage, with helmets, 1 basket, and a lock.

Spacious Sanctuary in Ahuriri

Located in Ahuriri, a boutique area which has a cinema, Post Office, shops, bus route, parks, restaurants and the beach. The home is spacious, light and clean with comfortable beds (all linen, pillows and towels provided), wheelchair access and a lift if you have problems with mobility. With large garage, 2 bicycles for the nearby cycle path, spacious garden, every amenity and laundry facilities. This well located home is great for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).
