Picturesque waterfront cottage located in the Pawson Park district of Branford, Connecticut. The house is 2400 sqft and sits on .38 acres overlooking where the Branford Harbor meets the Long Island sound. During the summer months you will have access to a private dock that is a quick boat ride away from the Thimble Island. The house is located close to restaurants, bars and a walking trail. You will also have access to a private neighborhood beach for swimming. Pets welcome for a $300 fee
