Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

Small bathroom with direct/private entry & 31” shower is part of main house. Guest must walk outside & under patio cover to access bathroom. Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

Child/Infant-friendly 2 Bedroom Charmer

The Yale Main House is the perfect combination of convenience and comfort! The property is only 5 minutes away from the freeway and at the very entrance to the neighborhood; so you won't have trouble finding it. However, once you step inside you'll instantly feel at home with the warm, comforting decor and natural light. The kitchen and living room are connected in an open floor plan featuring double doors which open to a deck, and a wonderfully sized front window to let the sun in.

Charming country cottage in a peaceful rural setting, perfect for a romantic escape or quiet getaway. Relax in the hot tub, on the mini beach, or by the pond with a waterfall. Enjoy sunsets from the fire pit or private patio, with evening lighting and the sounds of wild birds all around. Just 2 minutes to Lake Lowell for fishing, boating, and nature walks, and only 20 minutes to mountains, hot springs, trail rides, the Snake River. All while only 9 minutes from shopping & services.

South Nampa Charmer

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Plenty of area to spread out with many different entertainment options. Close to shopping and parks. Only 15 minutes from Highway 84. Plus a dedicated work area for when you need to finish some last minute things. With 5 bedrooms, an open floor plan and a large backyard there's plenty of area to stretch out and relax. Pets are welcome but please keep them off the furniture and beds.

Located Near Shopping and Restaurants Located on 1.5 acres. Constructed in 2018. Short Distance to Ford Idaho Center, CWI College, Walmart, Local Restaurants, Golf Courses, Hospital. 2000 Feet To Ford Idaho Center. 15 Minute Drive To Boise Airport. There is Plenty of Room To Park. Neighbors the College. Very Quiet and Peaceful. Safe Animals on Property. Keep in mind, No pets allowed doesn't mean hypoallergenic.

A private loft located in Nampa, Idaho near the Ford Idaho Center. This location has a private driveway with garage. One room (upstairs) with bathroom (downstairs). Only 5 minutes from I-84. Located in the country, this is the perfect spot to unwind after catching a concert at the Idaho Center or after a long day of traveling! There is a refrigerator, microwave and TV with local channels available for use.

Lovely Basement Apartment with Covered Patio. w/d

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax. The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!

Boho Beauty

Beautiful, one bedroom carriage house upstairs apartment in a quiet historic neighborhood in downtown Nampa. Very close to NNU, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment has a gate at the top of the stairs to keep kids and dogs safe. Sorry, no cats. Two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, sleeps 6. Attached one car garage! DIY waffle station! Shaded deck available for cookouts, seats 12.

COZY cottage close to FORD center CWI ST LUKES

Beautifully renovated Nampa Gem! Light, bright and modern on the outskirts of town but still close to everything. Nicely located 9 minutes from St. Luke’s Nampa, 7minutes from St. Alphonsus Nampa, 5 mins from the Ford Center, 4 mins to CWI and 22 mins to the Boise Airport. Plus it’s super close to so many yummy restaurants and lots of fun shopping.
