We had the most incredible stay at this ocean view house! The views of the mountains and ocean are truly breathtaking - we spent hours gazing out at the stunning scenery. And when night fell, the starry sky was simply magical. The surrounding area is quaint and charming, with a lovely quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The town is easily walkable, with great coffee shops and markets just a short stroll away. And the beaches? Absolutely stunning, and just a stone's throw from the house! The house itself is beautifully designed, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet room for added convenience. The open-plan living space is perfect for socializing, and the deck overlooking the ocean is the ultimate spot for dinner or relaxation. We can't recommend this house highly enough - the price is incredibly reasonable, especially given the amazing views and amenities. We would definitely come back, and can't wait to do so!"

Fabulous place. Very peaceful . Thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the verandah looking out at the beautiful countryside.The house had everything we needed, if not more. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely go back.

The Deck was an absolutely beautiful place to stay!! It was clean, had everything we needed during our stay, and was in a great location if you want to stay a few minutes from town so you have some peace and quiet. The outside deck at the deck had stunning views of the coast - the photos do not do it justice. The bed was super comfy as well and we slept really well. I grew up in the area and can say with 100% certainty that the Deck is located in not only a beautiful spot, but an ideal location too - so much nicer than staying in Scotts Head itself, but close enough to Scotts that it’s such a quick drive in to town to go to the beach or to dinner at the club. Zac was super helpful too and texted us all the details we needed for when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re up to visit family. Thank you for the lovely stay!!!

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

Extremely happy with our stay at Debra’s could not have wanted for anything more we will be back.

One of the most peaceful beautiful places we’ve stayed. A short walk to the beach & in a lovely neighborhood. Great kitchen to cook in & very comfy beds. Hope to visit next year & stay here in Nambucca. Thanks Chris & Sharon for your helpful suggestions & brochures on places to see.

Had a great stay. Apartment is perfectly located to explore Nambucca Heads, with many spots within walking distance. Shops and restaurants are walking distance. We had no difficulties parking our Outlander SUV in the garage, reversing into the garage was the easiest option for us.

Beautiful little apartment with a beautiful view. Close to the beach and a walk down the hill to the cafes. The apartment was as described and had everything we needed for a mini getaway. Scott’s Head is a beautiful and sleepy little inlet which is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Great spot with views of Scotts head and the surround beaches. Apartment was as advertised. The space was comfortable and clean. Will be coming back when we return to Scotts head in the future.

Our stay was fantastic! Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Unit is ideally located within easy walking distance to the beach, cafes and bowls club. Stunning ocean and mountain views from the balcony. Sierra is friendly and welcoming and goes above and beyond to provide a beautifully clean and inviting space. We can’t wait to book again.

Anna hosted us last minute after a double booking nightmare on another platform. very friendly and helpful, clear instructions, and greeted us on arrival. The apartment is so spacious and well laid out. It has everything you need, views are stunning, morning and evening. we spotted deer and many birds. It wasn't entirely clear to us that the apartment was the downstairs of a 2 storey house. it still feels quite private and seperate, but worth noting. We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay 😊

We loved our stay. we did a walk down to the beach, along the boardwalk at Urunga and at the rainforest in Dorrigo! the place was clean and spacious.

This is a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. Spotlessly clean, fabulous views, hassle free instructions for entry and exit. Would definitely book again.

With one of the most extensively stocked kitchens we have ever stayed at, this place was fantastic. The view is to die for and the place is comfy and very clean. And a coffee machine that makes fantastic coffee too. Highly recommend this stay to all!

Our stay at Ken’s place was super comfortable and very relaxing. Easy entry and lift access to apartment was very helpful. Views from the balconies were a delight at any time of day and made for relaxing moments. Beds were very comfortable and linens, towels were of a high quality. Really loved our week here and would happily consider staying again in the future.

Marty was very friendly and responsiveness to us, beautiful place with lots to do.

Grace was an excellent host! The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Grace was always available to answer my questions and incredibly flexible during our stay. Highly recommended 🙌🏻
