The host is very friendly and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. General cleaning is arranged bi-weekly by a maid, but this does not include changing or washing the bedsheets. One issue I encountered was a temporary electricity outage for a few hours due to insufficient electricity bill balance, as explained by the host. Overall, this is a convenient and well-located condo with great host support, though there are a few areas for improvement.

I stayed at Primrose Place for one month at the beginning of my exchange semester at Mahidol University, which is near the AirBnB. My stay at Primrose Place was very nice. Primrose' Mother lives next door to the AirBnB, she was really helpful during my stay. The street next to the Airbnb is pretty calm and there is a 7/11 and a fruit stand right down the street, as well as some restaurants and a place to do laundry. The room is just like it looks in the pictures. I recommend coming here, especially if you are planning to stay for a month or more, for which the price is super reasonable, especially as the electricity and water bills are included.

The quiet place I wanted. Her dad is nice and helpful. Problem is that there’s no sink inside so you have to contend with mosquitoes to use the sink at night, no bathroom sink
