The room was clean and view from this property is totally worth it

Overall great experience. Pros - 1. Property was very neat and clean. Very comfortable and calm space, perfect for a break. 2. Views from the balcony were amazing 3. Jai was very helpful, proactive 4. So was the caretaker (Monika) and her food was also amazing Cons - 1. Parking is a bit of a challenge as the slots near the property are limited but the caretaker helped us out to get one eventually 2. Wi-Fi was very slow. It didn’t matter to us as we were on a leisure trip, but for people who want to do remote work please double check.

we got what we were hoping and some more. view from the rooms was good. Mountain shadows during sunrise on opposite mountain makes a good start for the day. walk from property to mall is bit steep but is enjoyable as you will meet many good people to know while your way down. With private parking and accomodation for drivers we did not had to worry about accomodations for our driver. We did not observed any problems during our stay and Pushpa has been very helpful in ensuring our comfort is priority. If anything required we informed her and she got the basic groceries from nearby shops. We would be visiting this place soon and would love to be accommodated in same property.

Jai’s place is an oasis amidst chaos. The helpers are kind and take care of all your needs. The place is cozy, Great food by the cooks, great service, close to mall road and amazing response time. The service especially felt personal and it was a great time. The exterior of the property along with the balcony maintainance can be looked at and the washrooms are a bit small.

Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, highly recommended. Caretaker is very helpful.

We had a lovely time at Jai's place. The place was spick and span. The view from the property was wonderful. Rawal Sahab, our caretaker was the added bonus we received along with the stay. He was always at our service. We came with high expectations and left with immense satisfaction.

I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and Prashant was by far the best host I’ve ever had. Prashant and his family are extremely kind and treated me like their own family. If I needed anything, I could just message Prashant and he’d help. He gave amazing recommendations for what to do in Nainital. The home made food is also incredible. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Peaceful and beautiful place

My stay here was truly wonderful. The view from the property is breathtaking, offering a panoramic glimpse of Nainital city. The location is serene and incredibly beautiful, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. While the property is on an uphill slope and requires a bit of walking, the effort is absolutely worth it. This place is perfect, especially if you're visiting with friends, and I highly recommend it. A special mention to the host, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He is extremely friendly, understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. His cooperative nature and willingness to listen made our experience even more memorable. If you're considering staying here, you can rest assured that you're in great hands. Most important, luckily we get to see the snowfall from here 😀

Prashant wasn’t home, and still he managed to be an amazing host. He let me check in early, check out late, arranged transportation and gave me local and transport advice. The room has everything you might need, it’s cozy and comfortable. I had a lovely time in a sort of retreat of my own making. It was awesome. Would happily stay again.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

I had the most amazing stay at this apartment overlooking Bhimtal Lake. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the serene lake and misty hills was like a dream. The home was spotless, well-furnished, and had all the modern amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Himanshu was incredibly welcoming, friendly and made sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The little personal touches, like local snacks and helpful recommendations for nearby cafes and spots to visit, made the experience even better. Whether you're looking to relax, read a book by the view, or explore nature, this place is a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back.
