The Barrack is part of a 130-year-old family estate, just off the Mall Road, Mussoorie. It is a standalone structure, flanked by massive, millennia-old, Himalayan rock features that give this home its uniqueness. The Barrack was recently renovated and re-decorated and now offers guest all the modern amenities and appliances needed for a comfortable stay. The interiors are modern and tasteful . They retain the colonial Himalayan home charm, with elements of pine ceilings and wood framed windows .

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. Herne Lodge is a 200 years old estate, with a main colonial building and a newly renovated wing housing this apartment. The apartment commands a panoramic view of the inner Himalayan range, and overlooks the Yamuna-Aghlad river valley. The snow clad Bandar Poonchh range is also visible in the distance, behind well known peaks like the Nag Tibba. This kind of panoramic view is very rare in our region. Quiet Hours 10 PM - 9 AM.
