You'll have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of each in the finished basement, for extra space and privacy. With Crabbe Mountain only two minutes away, you can come and go as you like. The covered deck with the year-round hot tub is the perfect place to end the day, warm and relaxed.

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.
