The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

Curlew Cottage is located on the beachfront overlooking the Langebaan Lagoon. The house is located in a primary spot for guests who enjoy watersports like windsurfing and kite boarding, as well as for those who surf, swim, or just enjoy the seaside air and sun. The property has battery backup along with solar panels to ensure continuous electricity supply even when the grid is down.
