It has a private entrance and is close to downtown, restaurants, golfing, beaches, shopping, art & culture, & two airports: Tampa (TPA), 45 mins. & Sarasota (SRQ), 20 mins. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, original oak floors, high ceilings, and location. This apartment is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

Come stay in our beautiful, Mid-Century Modern, light drenched home just one block from the bay with a private pool. The private yard is surrounded by lush landscaping & the pool is the perfect place to cool off on hot afternoons. The house is spacious & minimally decorated with finds from our world travels. We've recently replaced the bed and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to explore on foot. Note: this is our home, so please expect a warm lived in feel in the space, not that of a hotel.
