Evim şehir merkezi, kiliseler, katedraller, sanat ve kültürün yanında tarihi meydanla beraber bir çok tarihi esere yürüme mesafesindedir. Ayrıca limana on ve sahile yirmi dakikalık mesafededir. Evimin rahat yataklarına, sıcak ortamına, mutfağına (mikro dalga, toster, su ısıtıcısı vs dahil olup 2 gözlü elektrikli ocak vardır), büyüleyici ve yemyeşil olan iç avlusuna, tarihi ortamına bayılacaksınız. Evimiz eski Lüzinyan evi olduğundan alt ve üst katlar arasındaki bağlantı iç avludan olmaktadır.

The most famous landmarks of Famagusta city are a 5-minute drive away. The most spectacular beaches of Famagusta are also within 5 to 10 minutes' driving distance. Just around the corner, you can also see the flamingos resting on the lake on their journey to Africa. Feel free to ask if you need help with transfers or have any questions.

The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.

This house is family friendly with a spacious garden with olive trees and lemon trees which i will be watering a couple of times a week peacefully without disturbing you.
