A quite secluded coach house close to beautiful Devonport park and a short walk to Royal William Yard. It is a clean modern space with the original slate flag stones and granite steps. There is one large bedroom with a king bed and a day bed which converts in to two singles making it into a family room. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials including a microwave, oven, hob and fridge There is an open plan dining and lounge area with original slate flag stones in the raised dining area.

A cosy and characterful 2 bed cottage. I have updated from 2-4guests to 4-6guests as there are enough beds for 6 guests. PLEASE BE AWARE it is a small cottage for 6 guests. As 2 would be sleeping in the front room. In here is a 2 seater Sofa Bed and 2 Accent Chairs and 2 Bar Stools. Beanbags upstairs. There is also only 1 bathroom. If its just a place to get your head down after a busy day then for 6 guests its going to be pretty cosy. You have a GARAGE for FREE PARKING & a private courtyard.

We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. Great central location, the sea is at the end of the road and it's just a few minutes walk to attractions such as Plymouth Hoe, the Pavillions, Tinside Lido and the city centre.
