Quiet East Muskegon home in the woods

This is our personal home that we don't live in from spring - fall. Its a quiet area in the woods on a little creek. Perfect for bonfires or just a place to rest. Sitting back about a half mile off the road about the only noise you'll hear at night is maybe the wolves howling at the near by wolf sanctuary. We are only a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Muskegon. We can set up a private boat tour for up to 8 of Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan for $100/2 hrs. Note: There is no full kitchen.

We are conveniently located 10 miles from downtown Grand rapids, 5 miles from Grandvalley State university and 30 miles from the lake Michigan shoreline. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.
