Beautiful and comfortable. we felt like we were at home. the ac and heater both work great. the bed is amazingly comfortable, makes it hard to get up! 10/10 stay we WILL be back.

Hemali’s place was perfect. We rented her place to be close to the hospital to welcome our new grandson! Her home was a perfect fit for us.

We have stay with Fresh Water at least 4 other times and always have a great experience and a lot of fun. The home is set up very well with the three different levels very conducive to families

This was such a lovely home and I’m so glad I found it. The neighborhood is beautiful - you can tell the homeowners care about their homes and that added to the comfort I felt in this location. Lauren’s home is bright, welcoming and has everything you could need. I very much appreciated the variety and volume of k-cups! It may seem a little thing but so often places don’t have enough. And we love our morning coffee. ☺️The beds are comfortable, the location is quiet and you’re close to the lake. Lauren left clear instructions and check out was a breeze. Diane’s home was great. We came into town for the tulip festival. The home is about 15 min from anything & is nicely, centrally located to downtown & the Lake. The dogs enjoyed the backyard & I enjoyed the peace of mind knowing the fence was tall enough & they couldn’t jump it. The beds were comfortable. Diane was very responsive & helpful. We would gladly enjoy her home again next time we’re in Holland.

The home had everything needed to cook for a family! It was very cozy and warm inviting. It was within a short drive of the beach and it was great having beach, chairs and towels that we could use. I would definitely recommend it for small or large groups. it was great having enough linens for the family use!

We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for college graduation so it was a very busy weekend, but it was nice to come back to Sean‘s place and be able to relax and feel at home. It’s very close to the zoo so that was an added treat for the whole family. Sean was very responsive, the house is wonderful and provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend this home to others.

Great family home with plenty of rooms, beds, linens - especially for a blended family! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, feel at home and be comfortable. The whole place was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood/ subdivision. The decor was tasteful and all the games and activities they provided allowed us to chill at the house and enjoy our time together. We will definitely be back :)

This is a great place to stay. Robb is always responsive for questions. It's a great location for all medical personnel working at Butterworth to walk from.

Great place for a quick trip! Very chill vibes, great separation from the main house, felt very private. We stayed for a wedding in GR and it was perfect! Sauna is so worth it! Would have loved to see it in the summer with the pool open! Missed there was no TV in the description but brought a projector as I do on every airbnb trip! Did two puzzles while we enjoyed our peaceful stay!

Franks place was exactly what I was looking for. Close to family nearby, space for my kids to run, and a house that felt like home. Couldnt recommend it enough! We did not end up using many amenities he had to offer, but they were readily available to us if we wanted. Will look foward to staying again in the future.

Great experience. A lot of deer, squirrels, and nature to take in. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility. Great responses to any questions. Would love to visit again.

The staff was very accommodating when we had a couple of our employees come down to the area to work for a few weeks They were very helpful. It's helping us navigate through a last minute contract, and we're very easy to work with. The swim spa was a huge hit as well as the pool table. We will definitely be booking money of our trips in the area there when available.

Fantastic home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Lots of amenities. The hot tub was amazing! The view to the lake was beautiful. Lots of thoughtful details, like plentiful towels. Nicole was a great host. Would love to return in summer or fall to fully experience the natural beauty of Michigan and make use of more of the amenities.

Loved the location and the fenced in backyard was a home run. Had everything we could need. The area around the house was nice with sidewalks to walk our dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a base for exploring the area, the Cozy Cottage is an excellent choice. I can't recommend it enough for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

Cathy’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. It was 15 minutes to the festival grounds so it was convenient. If you have more than two guests, keep in mind that the two not in the bedroom will have to cut through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. It worked out ok in our case.

This is an adorable little home, very cute with an updated interior and super clean. It was spotless and just like a hotel - it had everything we needed (we welcomed having shampoo, paper towel, even coffee pods so we did not have to worry about it.) It is on a main & busy street and a bit loud during the day, but quiet after dark. There is a Mall, a Meijers and all kind of shopping all within a 5-10 min drive, and we really liked that. I was amazed how many restaurants they had in this area. Mindy is wonderful to work with and we appreciate her sharing her lovely home with us. Thanks Mindy!

Our stay was great. We came to town to celebrate a girls getaway for a birthday and enjoyed our stay very much. We walked to and from most of the local East GR places and felt right at home in our Airbnb. Safe walk home late night too! We would stay again for sure. The games were a great bonus!! My only disappointment was I didn’t get to meet the doggo that lived downstairs LOL!

Beth's place was just as pictured. Loved that the access code was the last 4 digits of my phone #. Sounds like a little thing but it was one less thing to think about. The space was very clean and comfortable. Quite neighborhood with great proximity to Grand Rapids. Beth was excellent as far as communication. Very nice bathroom and gas fireplace, lots of books, snacks and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Valerie’s place. Valerie and the co-host Diane were very responsive, kind and welcoming. We felt right at home! The house was well stocked, comfortable, clean and enjoyable. Would love to stay again sometime. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was pleasant! The location was was convenient and the home was beautiful! Lots of natural light in addition to the lighting in the home.
