This calming Bungalow faces Muskegon Lake to enjoy amazing sunrises. It has 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor with shared access to a full bathroom. There is a half bath on main floor. Slider off kitchen opens to a large fenced in backyard, deck, grill, table, chairs plus a fire table. Shed has games, bikes, 2 kayaks. Pere Marquette beach is a 10 minute stroll away. Tucked away in the historic Bluffton neighborhood, our home is a 5 minute (.4 mile) walk to Pere Marquette Beach on Lake Michigan. Opposite direction, you will be on the bank of Muskegon Lake where you can drop your kayak or paddleboard in for a cruise. If you have a boat, there is a public launch less than a mile away as well as a public bike trail along Muskegon Lake that leads to downtown. Finally, Third Coast Cottage is a 30 min drive to Michigan Adventure and the Winter Sports Complex.
