Pristine Studio in New Townhome

Unwind and enjoy the city in our Cozy and Clean Guest Studio! Your studio will include private keypad entry to 1 Bedroom (queen bed) & 1 Bathroom Suite complete with a smart TV, Kitchenette (including a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dishes/silverware) & desk workstation! We live in the main, separable part of the property and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city! This spot is all about making it easy to stay in Denver.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

This unit has a lot to offer. One of the best locations downtown for active people. Just blocks from everything including Union Station, Commons Park on the Platte River & 16th St Bridge just to mention a few. No-frills but Cozy 1-bed in an older home’s front section, Denver’s Highlands, across from Highland Park. Dated charm, old but functional fixtures, incl. a kitchenette in a shared kitchen. Steps from the bus, it’s a quick trip to downtown and major entertainment spots, with restaurants and breweries just a short walk away. Ideal for a night or short stay, No 3rd-party bookings, Clean & Sober Living no drugs/alcohol/parties. Must be 21+ ID checked—book for a simple, calm stay!

The suite is within 15 minutes of Downtown, LoDo, Rino, City Park, Stapleton and Lowry Town Centers, museums, zoo, and The Cherry Creek Shopping District. There are lots of nearby restaurants/bars/breweries.

Park your car in our designated underground parking spot for your entire stay and enjoy the walkability and/or short Uber trips of this perfect Denver location.
