One bedroom apartment within a superbly converted colonial style Mexican house from the 1940s next to the 5 stars Camino Real Hotel, well located between Chapultepec Park/ Polanco, Roma & Condesa. King Size bed, one bathroom and spacious living room / open plan Kitchen. Main WiFi plus an Emergency Back Up Wifi Free Breakfast at my Cafe around the corner (Except Sundays and Bank Holidays. Bonito Departamento ! A una cuadra de Reforma

Amplio departamento , muy cómodo y con todos los servicios. Con inmejorable ubicación. Ubicado a una cuadra de una de las avenidas más importantes de la Ciudad ( Reforma ) a una cuadra de la Diana Cazadora y a 4 cuadras del Ángel de la Independencia, rodeado de bares , restaurantes , Embajada de Estados Unidos Y CAS , cafeterías , parques , centro comercial Reforma 222 , museos y atracciones turísticas. Cerca de Polanco , zona Rosa , Condesa . Siéntete como en casa , somos tu mejor opción !

Casa Chapulín: Comfy apt w balcony in Roma/Condesa

Casa Chapulín has the best location in trendy Roma neighborhood. It is within walking distance to the best restaurants, bars, emblematic parks (Chapultepec, Parque España & Parque México), museums, galleries and main avenues like Reforma and Insurgentes. Sevilla subway station is at a 2 min walking distance and a bike loan station (Ecobici) is just around the corner. The neighborhood is very safe and enjoyable for living. If not available, we have 5 other listings in the same building.

Bohemian green with a castle view 5 * at Condesa.

Super luminous apartment. We call it Verdant green. A bohemian studio with a stunning view. This is a small apartment 600sq2 with a big bathroom and an open kitchen at the 5th floor of a new condo. The bed is Queen and our windows have black out in case you want less light to sleep better. We are located at the edge of one of the best and trendiest neighborhoods in the city. Why the edge? Look at the pictures. Can you see the park and the castle in the view? Beautiful right?

Stylish suite across Camino Real Polanco Hotel

Blocks away from Chapultepec Castle, Zoo, important museums such as Anthropology, Modern Art and Tamayo, Auditorio Nacional, Polanco and Financial area in Reforma. Minutes away by car from Roma and Condesa neighborhoods. Quiet and peaceful area a block away from Chapultepec Park, which is beautiful for a walk or run and the largest in the city. Ecobici station a block away, subway and Metrobus walking distance. 500 megas wifi. Ideal for business and seightseeing trips.
