Wir wünschen Euch in unserem Chalet erholsame Tage. Im Sommer könnt ihr direkt vom Chalet aus Wanderungen und Radtouren starten. Im Winter könnt ihr direkt Eure Skier oder Snowboards anschnallen und im Skigebiet Hohentauern die Pisten unsicher machen. Wir haben das Chalet im Oktober 2023 erworben und werden es nach und nach modernisieren. Den Anfang haben wir mit der großen Terrasse im Aussenbereich gemacht. Unsere im November 2024 errichtete Außensauna steht euch natürlich auch zur Verfügung.

Sommer wie Winter die perfekte Unterkunft – nur ca. 50 Meter von der Piste entfernt! So kannst du morgens direkt loslegen, egal ob Skifahren, Snowboarden oder Wandern auf dem Plan steht. Genieße auch den Sommer im schönen Lachtal.

Unser traumhaftes Chalet Sonnenschein liegt mitten im kleinen Dorf Hohentauern auf 1275 Meter Seehöhe und eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für winterliche Aktivitäten wie Schifahren, Langlaufen und Schitouren gehen. Es verfügt über eine Schibox, 2 Parkplätze und einen überdachten Hauszugang vom Carport. Im Haus bieten wir ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz, einen sonnendurchfluteten Wintergarten und und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Im 1. Stock gibt es ein Bad und 3 Schlafräume.

Dieses Traum-Chalet mit ca. 200 m² Nutzfläche haben wir im Jahr 2020 fertiggestellt, um gemeinsam mit unseren zwei Kindern unsere Urlaube im wunderschönen Lachtal zu verbringen. Egal, ob du im Wohnzimmer, am Esstisch, auf der Terrasse, im Garten oder im Whirlpool bist – überall genießt du einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegende Berglandschaft.

The chalet is located at an altitude of over 1250m, directly on the ski slope, which you can reach within 1 min. on foot. In the middle of the skiing, hiking, recreation area surrounded by unique alpine scenery, hiking trails and cross-country skiing slopes etc. In the chalet you will find a steam bath-shower, WiFi, 2 bathrooms, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, Netlix, 4 BR, etc...

The new comfortable wooden Veselý Svišť (Cheerful Marmot) Chalet is situated in the middle of the Lachtal ski resort in Styria directly at the 1a ski slope. The chalet can offer accommodation for 2 families or a group of up to 8 friends. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with a terrace & barbecue, a bathroom and a living area with the wood burning stove. Upstairs there are two 4-bed rooms, a balcony and another bathroom.

Dream Chalet Ski In/Out with Sauna and Whirlpool

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.

Genieße in der Natur und schalte ab – in dieser stilvollen Landhausvilla Murtal direkt am Waldrand und an einer Skipiste gelegen. Umgeben von Natur und Pferden hört man den vorbeirauschenden Bach direkt neben dem Haus. Das Highlight der Villa sind ein klassischer finnischer Saunabereich, offener Kamin, Whirlpool (April-September), Heimkino und Schlafplätze für bis zu 12 Personen.

Bad weather? You are just chilling in the outdoor jacuzzi and look from there directly on the ski slope opposite. Until the snow clouds clear in Hohentauern and you enjoy a snowshoe hike through the Upper Styrian mountains. The Chalet is particularly spacious with 140 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people. (Up to 7 adults & 1 child due to a bunk bed with sloping roof).
