River Life - Holiday Home with Secluded Riverbank

Guests have their own private riverbank with large undercover entertaining area equipped with everything required to enjoy a long day on the river. Guests enjoy the provided Kayaks or bring their own boat to moor at River Life's jetty. Various levels from the house to the river has child-safe gates including the large entertaining deck and spacious lawn area. The main house features an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge along with five bedrooms, three with queen size beds, and two bunk rooms.

Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. Central location, skiing in winter, biking in summer! Light filled 1 bedroom/Studio with some cooking facilities. Suits couple, small family, couple + 1. Not suitable for 4 adults. ***winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to me having a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price is altered accordingly. If you are flying and can't bring own linen and towels please ask and I can arrange.
