Irina is a fantastic superhost—quick to respond, super helpful, and made everything easy from the moment we booked. Communication before check-in was smooth, and any requests during our stay were handled promptly. The apartment itself was phenomenal for a family stay—spacious, clean, and in a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. Close to great restaurants, with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The rooftop pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing with stunning views of the water and Dubai skyline. Highly recommend!

As I’ve stayed in many different locations around Dubai, Emaar beachfront, boat harbour is my favourite place. I seem to feel at home every time I travel to that location. Hemlataa place is well equipped to meet anyone’s expectations the building itself has all the amenities needed for a great stay Hemlataa was very punctual,responsive and her staff were extremely helpful with checking as I arrived early it wasn’t a problem,the view from the balcony was great I’m looking forward to coming back. Thanks Hemlataa for the stay it was a great experience and I definitely recommend this place to anybody travelling to this location.

Skyline Security ist das beste Apartment, das ich je über Airbnb gebucht habe! Das absolute Highlight ist der atemberaubende Ausblick auf den Burj Khalifa. Es ist einfach unglaublich – man fühlt sich mitten im Leben von Downtown Dubai. Auch die anderen Gäste sind alle sehr gehoben, was die Atmosphäre noch angenehmer macht. Das Schwimmbad war sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und hatten einen reservierten Tiefgaragenstellplatz – sehr praktisch! Der Service war herausragend – das Team hat sich rund um die Uhr um uns gekümmert. Etwas Baulärm auf dem Balkon gab es, aber das ist völlig normal, da in Downtown Dubai überall noch gebaut wird. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Bel appartement avec la vue sur le canal et la mer, très bien situé. J'ai adoré la piscine et la terrasse de la tour. Hôte très réactif.

We had an amazing stay, great location, great host/ communication was amazing super clean, quiet, bright and just a all round 10/10 stay. Highly recommend for anyone coming to visit, location is amazing!! Thank you so much we will definitely come and stay again soon!!
