Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. We have designated its use only for guests. This is a small space but has everything you need to have a great stay. We live on site in our home . Apartment is located only 3mi from I24. MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro are both 6mi away. Downtown Nashville is 35mi. BNA Nashville International is 30mi away.

Our Cozy Studio is a 1 bed/bath and full kitchen with everything you may need for a stay and it is spacious for a sólo or a couple trip, nicely decorated and furnished to make your stay comfortable. It has its own A/C unit, a nice 55" tv, and a nice queen bed. It's a Self-Check in Space and private for 1 night up to 30 nights. note: it's NOT the WHOLE HOUSE it's a studio divided by a wall.
