Flat is in a private house with separate entrance, furnished with love, everything is new. There is a leather sofa in living room that turns into a real bed. Flat has two smart TV (Netflix, international programs). The shop and the bus stop is right next door. We offer you a bus card so that you can take the bus to the the city center. Location is really good for exploring Slovenia. The ceiling height is 2.10 m, but it is bright, fresh and has special air ventilators for clean air all times.

Bright studio is located in new residental building Rezidenca Pipanova, built in 2020. 7 km from the city center, in the outskirts of Ljubljana in a quiet neighbourhood of houses in a vicinity of the railway, Ljubljana ring road and motorway. 30m2 studio is bright, simple, modern but cosy, with floor heating, ventilation with recuperation and soundproff windows. All these ensures comfortable and healthy stay. There is a bar at the ground floor where you can have breakfast or just a coffe.

My apartment is situated in a green and quiet residential area of Ljubljana 7 km from city center and 500m from main ring road - ideal for exploring Slovenia by car. It offers a very relaxing holiday staying suitable for 3 - 5 adults or family with children. Its own entrance from the garden enables privacy, but with complete support of the host when needed. This floor apartment of 52 m2 and a terrace of 25 m2 with views of the garden, meadow and trees is a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Just 8 km out of Ljubljana city center where city meats nature we placed four beautiful high class houses on a riverbank of Sava. All are completely made out of wood - environmentaly friendly and offer very positive feeling for guests. They are fully equiped, so visitors just need to bring food/drinks and slippers to start enjoying nature. On the other side all vital infrastructure is on hand within reach from 50 to 200m (market, bank, post-office, pharmacy, bus station, etc.). So welcome!

The apartment is close to main Slovenian Airport Jožef Pučnik Ljubljana (25 min ride), 10 minutes from highway A1, near most popular turist destinations Ljubljana (20 min) and lake Bled (30 min), Bohinj (1h 15 min) and Kranjska Gora (1 h).

To make your stay even more enjoyable you can use a private finish sauna with jadeite stones from April till the end of May.
