Sunset Villa Ponikva is a modern and cosy mountain retreat located in the Osogovo Mountain - Ponikva, at 1,590m altitude. The villa has two fully equipped apartments on two levels for 11 guests. Each has a separate entrance. It is ideal for families, friends, and small groups who value both privacy and shared moments. It is only 50 meters from a small ski slope making it perfect for skiing or sledging. Sunset Villa Ponikva is the perfect escape for a refreshing mountain getaway in every season.

Nice wooden house, big backyard with a pool. There is a river nearby. Nearby restaurants(5-6km), market(1km), small monasteries. Ideal for rest, but for active holladay too, a lot of hiking ground around. Playground for small children. There is also a grill for barbeque outside in the yard. On the inside there is a full supply kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, dinning area with adjustable big bed and a living are with smart tv and a fireplace. It is up for 8 people max. And we are pet friendly!
