This was a good stay for the price for my husband and son. Vicky was a kind and responsive host. My husband and son are both incredibly tall and the ONLY DRAWBACK was that it was a little cozy for the two of them, but it was described accurately and we knew that going in. Great, quick stay for a soccer weekend. Clean and had what was needed!

We enjoyed staying at Mary's home while visiting Ball State. Location is 5 minutes from campus, lots of restaurants and shopping close to home. The home is in a safe neighborhood, nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked with what you would need. Comfortable beds and a hot shower, what more can you ask for. We would stay here again.

My daughter and I wanted to see the Bob Ross museum. We had a great time. It was available for one night which you can't find all the time. There's is a nice park across the street. We were a 5 minute drive from restaurants and town. Bonus, there was sling TV and I was able to waych NCAA games.

We really enjoy staying at the Posh Pad, as we do repeatedly when in town to visit our son at IWU. Comfortable space and great price for 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Close to restaurants and grocery/shopping as well.

We have stayed at several of Cecile’s units before and have always found them convenient to ball State. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Although we had slight problems with the bathroom shower, Cecile and her husband were very responsive and helped to find a quick solution. We would stay here again.

I stayed here for a month during work and it was a very nice place to relax. Plus everyone around was super nice, and the restaurant right across the street was good.

Located across the street from the IWU campus is a perfect location for this rental. Parking on the street 10 yards from the door was very convenient for unloading/loading the car. The apartment is on the ground level and is very spacious. The host instructions were very clear and the host responded immediately to my question with text and phone call at 10:30 at night. I would highly recommend this place for a weekend stay or campus visit. Very clean and well maintained property. I cant recommend this place enough. It was perfect for what I needed. Thank you!

Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

Jonathan comes through again!!! As with all his properties (and I've stayed at a few), I found University Suites "B" to be clean, comfortable, and close in proximity to my work at IWU. I couldn't have asked for a more convenient place conducive to getting some work done and relaxing. Everything I needed was provided, and the unit was immaculately clean. If you are ever in Marion and need a place to stay, you won't be disappointed if you reserve one of Jonathan's properties.

Amy was fantastic and the place was luxury with home town price. We were in town to go to Conner Prairie an this location was only 10 minutes away and about 15 minutes from the Indy. I wish all places turned out like this.

Fantastic apartment - big, light, well equipped and so comfortable! Great gym was an added bonus, pool area looked lovely for stays during the summer. Good location, easy to find, lots of shops nearby. Ideal for our visit to see family in Indy, hope to be back soon!
