The attic is on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a charming old house in the hip Gundeldinger Quarter and is well connected by public transport. Nearby there are a few cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The newly renovated object has a bathroom with shower and a double bed which can be divided into two singles. The appartment is located at Dreispitz in Basel. The tram only takes 7 minutes to the main station which is very central in the city. You will find a bakery in the building to get breakfast. Groceries stores are only 1 tram stop or 5 minutes walk away. The appartments highlight is the surrounding balconys. You can see Basel and surroundings. There is also a very big rooftop terasse which can be used for bbq. Incuded is also a indoor parking spot which can be used free of charge at your own risk

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.
